This is an older type of bulletin board which has a metal frame around the door. More recent models only have a sheet of perspex as a door, sometimes with a strip of metal on the external (lock side) edge.

Dimensions = 50 cm x 67 cm x 2 cm thick (plus a few millimeters for the lock) otherwise described as a 4 sheet A4 size. 

The bulletin board comes with two keys.
