Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a choice of prosecco, cocktail, or wine. (Soft drinks will be available.)

As we look forward to greeting many guests, we shall give you time to mingle and to enjoy the renditions of guitarist Bruno Vicari.

To titillate your tastebuds, exclusive canapes have been ordered to suit every taste. These will be served to you and waiters will be on hand to top up your drinks.

President’s speech. Welcome to the mayor/ Representatives from the Mairie and local dignitaries.

1:30pm

Lunch will be served at your table. You may choose a table of 12 8 or 4 Should you be a large group and would like to sit together, please let me know

We shall serve a Grand Gateau “Platinum de la Reine,” Majestically, with flares and drumroll. (Have your mobiles ready to take a photo)

We raise a toast to Her Majesty the Queen and join to sing both national anthems.

Printed copies of “God Save The Queen” and “La Marseillaise” will be on your table.

Our annual raffle. We offer pretty exclusive raffle prizes (no second-hand giveaways) For example, we have a litre bottle of Scotch.

A presentation basket, beautifully embroidered bath and hand towels to mark the occasion by our member Jill. 5 stupendous prizes will be raffled.

Coffee will be available at the counter on a self-service basis.

As this is an historic event, we are happy to subsidise 50% of the cost,
