The “Friends of Val Rahmeh” are holding a special afternoon in remembrance of New Zealand writer and poet, Katherine Mansfield, who lived at Villa Isola Bella, Menton in 1920, where she wrote, “The daughters of the late colonel.”
The Katherine Mansfield Menton Fellowship allows an established creative writer to spend three or more months in Menton to work on a project. The successful applicant will become an Arts Foundation Laureate.
Readings from Katherine Mansfield’s works will be in French and English.
Enjoy a scrumptious afternoon tea with homemade cakes.
